ON THE AGENDA: A Focus on Design Thinking
At Spring 2019 Curate, attendees participated in a deep dive into artificial intelligence, a disruptive technology that cuts across all five priority issues identified at previous Curate events. In that same spirit, Fall 2019 Curate will focus on another gamechanger: design thinking, a human-centered approach to creative problem solving that has major implications for the business of hospitality, especially when it comes to powering innovations that harness the convergence of sales, marketing, and revenue optimization. We’re still working out the specifics of the program, but we can promise you Curate’s signature mix of thought-provoking speakers from inside and outside our industry, interactive discussions, and collaborative brainstorming.
