HSMAI Americas Announces 2022 Calendar of Events and Education

The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is thrilled to announce its schedule of in-person, on-demand, and instructor-led events and educational opportunities for 2022. Our slate of 2022 experiences are designed to support hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue optimization professionals through industry recovery.

CHDM Review Course
CRME Review Course

These four-hour workshops held in conjunction with HSMAI Commercial Strategy Week will review the key components of the Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) certification or Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification materials, and are a great final “cram session” before you take the exam. Participants have the opportunity to take the CHDM or CRME exam on-site immediately following the review course if they have submitted their application in advance.

Executive Roundtables

HSMAI Executive Roundtables will be held in conjunction with our three in-person signature events. HSMAI Commercial Strategy events reflect the emerging convergence of sales, marketing, revenue optimization, and other commercial functions, under one umbrella.

Hotel Essentials

HSMAI is continuing its popular Hotel Essentials Online Certificate Courses in 2022. These expert-led virtual classroom series are collaborative educational courses that span six weeks. The HSMAI Hotel Essentials series are 100% online and instructor-led for 90 minutes per week. Often, these courses are used to prepare for HSMAI certification exams including CHDM and CRME certifications.

NAVIGATING METASEARCH
Metasearch continues to grow in importance for hotels, especially in relation to the “book direct” movement. This course will help you:

· Confidently navigate the metasearch marketing landscape
· Create campaign goals and strategies using metasearch to achieve them
· Realistically plan your metasearch budget
