From first party data and loyalty to fintech, this session will look at how travel technology and distribution partners are leading the way in digital transformation for the hotel industry. We’ll also learn how data, CDP (customer data platforms), and CRM (customer relationship management) are going to continue to evolve into 2025. This panel will be moderated by Michael Shiwdin, Group Vice President, Guest Engagement, Loyalty and Strategic Partnerships for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
2:00 – 2:30 PM — Putting it All Together
This wrap-up conversation will zero in on the day’s key take aways, and prepare you to activate the day’s learnings to impact your company’s approach to B2B2C and the SMB segment.
